Introduce Conflict: The pink circle runs though the first 1,000-4,000 hour of the timeline, which leads a team of Violins that studies their practice habits in childhood, and practice each at less 4,000 hours of practice. Also the pink ball runs through Bill gates and Paul Allen from Mictosoft where they drop out of college, start a company, and togeather acquired their 10,000 hour. Develop Conflict: The pink circle than travels the next few thousand years to the old school band "The Beatles. from playing local clubs to playing big stage, The Beatles played eight hours per night, seven nights per week, that by 1964 the beatles had played over 1,200 concerts together. Pink ball than runs through a football player that spends all day on the practice feild and after practice goes home to watch game flims. Climax: The pink circle is surrounded by the black circles, and than climbs up or runs up on top of the black circle and fly up in the air. Resolution: Pink ball than starts to glow like the sun, stars, and reached the 10,000 of accomplishment. Moral/Message: Business is tough, especially now. Yet even in the midst of a challenging economy, there are individuals and companies that prosper beyond all expectations. Practice plays a major role in success.
