Insane Krusty the Clown
This is my design of my favorite cartoon character Krusty the clown, but Insane look. Krusty the clown here is holding the head of Bart Simpson, making him his partner. Hypnotize bart and soon to be hypnotize by his Krusty Burgers and cigarettes.
